All benefit eligible employees have three opportunities to enroll:
- Prior to the end of your month of hire. ( new employees only)
- During our annual open enrollment period
- Due to a qualifying event.
Please keep the following information in mind
- The premium is 100% employee paid
- Enrollment for one year is mandatory, after which you may cancel at any time.
Beginning on July 1, 2016 the family plan will expand coverage to include dependents up to age 26.
