The Town of West Bridgewater is pleased to be able to offer two Flexible Savings Account (FSA) plans as part of our benefit package. A Flexible Savings account allows you to offset the cost of certain medical and/or dependent care expenses through a pre-tax payroll deduction.

All benefit eligible employees have two opportunities to enroll:
- Prior to the end of your month of hire (new employees only).
- During the FSA annual open enrollment in November.
All participants must enroll annually during our open enrollment period. Active members have the option to enroll online at
