Federal payroll deductions can be changed by submitting a new Form W4
Most employees take advantage of the ability to have their bi-weekly payroll deposited directly into their bank account. You can choose up to 4 different accounts.

I recently moved and would like to change my address. What should I do?
A notice of address change should be sent to Assistant Treasurer Maureen Adams as soon as possible. Simply fill out a new Form W4 and return it to the Treasurer's office or email a written request to madams@wbridgewater.com .
