Fire Chief
West Bridgewater, Massachusetts (population 7,100) is seeking a Fire Chief due to retirement of the Town's long-time Fire Chief, to start January 1, 2018. Non-civil service department. Appointed by the Board of Selectmen; under administrative oversight of Town Administrator. Position will manage $2,000,000 budget and oversee seventeen full-time firefighters who also provide EMS services. Minimum qualification of fifteen years as a full-time fire department employee with a current minimum rank of Deputy Fire Chief or equivalent.
