West Bridgewater Board of Selectmen

A lifelong resident, Selectman Eldon Moreira has served on the Board of Selectmen for 35 years! He began his public service career on the town's Finance Committee and was first elected to the Board of Selectmen in 1981. Over the years, Eldon has worked to manage traffic congestion, planned out industrial areas in town, and served as a liaison for the people, among many other duties and projects.
Selectman Jerry Lawrence was first elected in 2006 after serving on both the Board of Health and the School Committee. A lifelong resident of West Bridgewater, Jerry is committed to maintaining small town values while delivering high quality services to residents and increasing economic development. Jerry is also a member of the West Bridgewater Lions Club. Jerry is also the proud father of Cameron and Cassidy Lawrence, both of whom attend West Bridgewater schools and are members of the Leos Club. They frequently assist Jerry in his community service efforts.
Anthony Kinahan, a lifelong resident of the Town, is the newest member to the Board of Selectmen He was elected in 2016 after serving on the Town's Finance Committee for three years. Anthony has served in the public sector in a variety of other roles as well, including as a summer police officer, a mediator in the Brockton Court system, a Finance Administrator, and Budget Analyst. Anthony received a Bachelor's of Science in Finance from Bryant University and is a current candidate for an MBA from Northeastern University. His priorities include sound fiscal management, accountability in government, and economic growth.
