The Town of West Bridgewater has a local wetland protection bylaw and a local wetland regulation. Please see the links below for viewing the two documents. The local wetland bylaw is applicable in addition to the MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, also known as the Wetlands Protection Act. The local wetland regulation is in addition to the MA DEP 310 CMR 10 also know as the MA DEP Wetlands Protection Act Regulations.
