The 2010 Open Space Plan was approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs in July of 2011. The letter noted that the West Bridgewater 2010 Open Space and Recreation Plan was good until the end of March 2017. Each town's plan must be updated periodically to qualify for certain grants. The Open Space and Recreation Committee is starting the process to update our 2010 plan. Watch for news about this and your chance to provide us with your thoughts, concerns and wishes. We look forward to receiving a letter like the one below giving us approval to 2023.
